Hi just stumbled across your channel, I'm a born again Christian, I was heavily involved in the ABOD, Orange Order and loyalist flute bands in Scotland for about 15 years. I've noticed a lot of "protestants" in the lodges, bands and supporters are not even Christian and have no interest in hearing about Jesus and his redeeming blood, but would rather shout f the pope and have a hatred for roman catholics for reasons they can't even explain. It's sad.

Matthew 7: 13-14 In light of these verses, it's quite ironic, that this particular part of the procession route is where the people who could be described as being 'Cultural Protestants' congregate. Out to have a good day, watch the parade and have a drink or several. The motto 'Quis Separabit' (Who can separate?) is derived from the Latin translation of the Bible Verse from Romans 8:35. If there is a god who cares what human beings believe, He has made it so that everything that has an explanation is explained through the natural processes of His creation and He’s made it so easy for human beings to invent false gods to worship without even a speck of direct evidence. It’s pretty obvious that if God exists then God doesn’t want to be found. I’m sure that such a sophisticated being would appreciate those who get it by recognizing that His creation absolutely does not point to His existence. In fact he’d probably be pretty pissed at people for not recognizing this and SUPER pissed at people claiming to know Him or what He’s all about. I’m an atheist because I fear the wrath of God.

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh (Sinful Nature). For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery (e.g. Free Love / Adultery / Pornography / self gratification / lustful pleasures / immoral and shameful ways thought and deeds etc.); idolatry (i.e. placing something else before God / forgetting or ignoring God / pursuing happiness in paltry, idol pleasures / self indulgence / greed) and witchcraft; hatred, discord (conflict, friction, hostility etc.), jealousy, fits of rage (anger), selfish ambition (selfishness / self-seeking / pride / arrogance / self-importance / egotistical etc.), dissensions (arguing, falling-out, conflict), factions (rivalry) and envy (covetousness, desire); drunkenness, orgies (i.e. wild parties / revelry / the drinking culture), and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is (selfless) love, joy (happiness), peace, forbearance (patience), kindness, goodness (charity / compassion etc.), faithfulness, gentleness (humble) and self-control (self denial / restraint). Against such things there is no law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires (pleasures). Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. Let us not become conceited (complacent / self righteous / hypocritical / sanctimonious), provoking and envying each other. Apparently life can come from Non life (which came from nothing), but it's unable to be created by God (from nothing). Seems to be a logical fallacy. It's also quite ironic that (our bodies at least) return to the ground. To someone living in Bible times all this Science would be complete nonsense. How ironic that many people now think the Bible is. It must be something to do with our level of knowledge and education or having a library full of books. Despite all the complex Science in the world. Without something as simple as H2O none of us would be living. Given that Atheists place a great deal of ‘partly blind’ faith in Science. Due to the fact that they are unlikely to know or understand the subject entirely such as watching a few videos, or relying on ‘so called’ experts, based on their current understanding (The "science was wrong before" gambit is an example of both the continuum fallacy and the nirvana fallacy). Basically all it can reliably provide is an explanation of chemical elements and how they all work together to make something a living organism and an understanding of the different life processes), they would need to be sure they are right, given that they are banking so much on it's infallibility and supremacy (as well as it’s assumptions and theoretical ideas which are usually put across as facts. I prefer to hedge my bets. I also notice that Rachel doesn't refer to Christians / Religious people directly, calling them Creationists instead I believe that given the consequences. The burden of proof is actually on the non believer. But to be fair nobody; not even the most radical Atheist or Christian, can be 100% sure either way. Despite all the rhetoric . Also it seems ironic for someone to want logical proof for something which is inherently not logical. I suppose it's a symptom of someone who has put their Faith in Science. Although it shouldn't be part of the Christian character to boast. The day after death is one point where they could be justified in having bragging rights. On the contrary Atheists are only able to boast in this life. The fundamental question is who will get the last laugh? (It’s better to be a wrong Christian [not that it would matter in that scenario], than a wrong Atheist). Plus a Christian’s reliance on the Bible, ironically seems to have many similarities to an Atheists reliance on Science. Although some of the biblical prophesies could be defined as being vague. The attitudes and mindsets of some people are still as relevant now as they were then. Obviously using Science, is not a good argument to convince someone who has put their faith in it (and prophesies were vague, some science is equally as theoretical - especially when people prefer to believe in something allegedly billions of years ago and not 2000 years ago). The whole we're in the middle of infinity thing doesn't really make sense to me, however I may well have an eternity to figure it out. Therefore it seems logical to want to have a definite end point. Be that tomorrow, next week, month, year, another decade or so etc. Or prefer to believe that we (plus everything else that surrounds) are the result of many millions of years’ worth of genetic mutations (after starting off from nothing). Which all happened to coincide, with everything working perfectly in unison (including the goldilocks zone), at a time that it could be discussed on the internet (By a species that is far more advanced mentally than anything else on the planet AKA a freak of nature). Why does God exist? 'Because' Is that proof enough. Although to be fair the argument may not hold up to scientific scrutiny. But how does science explain 'The Beatles'. Why have a creator, when (science says) you don't need one? One of the great philosophical questions of the modern age. Followed by if there is a God what has he been doing all of this time? Obviously apart from everything. Although the universe is a big place apparently there is no room for God. And although the earth wasn't made for us, our life form came about to suit the planet, which seems to be a logical fallacy. The coincidence of conformity. I don't know if there is any irony in the fact that there are animals that seem to be so random, and I presume that scientists have spent a great deal of time studying them. I wonder how long it would take for someone to go from being spiritually cold to spiritually hot and not just lukewarm. The clock is ticking. Much of the imaginative reasoning is just based on assumptions, presumptions, possibilities and theory (clutching at straws), tailored to suit a belief in evolution, there also seems to be alot of gaps in the story. (Might as well be fairy tales).

Just like some people don't grow up emotionally or practically. For instance they may keep on doing the same thing as they did when they were younger, maybe because it's 'Fun' or enjoyable. However life isn't a childhood game. In the same vain some people who have came to be Christians (especially when it happened at a young age). Don't really mature Spiritually in Christ. They may grow in knowledge but not in Faith. They may also grow into a Church and focus on Rituals and Religious observance, rather than Love and Truth. And view the Bible as a Rule Book instead of as a Guide Book. Have you grown into a child of Christ or 'Peter Pan'.

It's clear that we don't have all the answers. Just because I admit I don't know something doesn't suddenly make your explanation any less fictional. Either your claims are justified or they are not. That science doesn't yet have all the answers is irrelevant to your claim.

It seems to be a logical fallacy that people reject a strong belief in God in order to have a strong belief against God. But I suppose if everyone were to be easily persuaded then the road wouldn't be narrow. It also seems to be a Catch 22 to use logic to to disprove something which is illogical. This could also be reversed making it a logical fallacy. In the argument you have to consider that a Creator God is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent and therefore more powerful than all of humanity combined. Therefore it's logical to come to the rational conclusion that Science makes more sense. But it also means that it can't be totally rejected. Before anyone put's their 'faith' in Science, they should remember that it can't accurately predict the weather. It may therefore have longer lasting consequences, than a ruined BBQ. They may feel it's the right decision, without actually knowing for sure. Apparently Science can tell us vaguely what is likely to have happened millions of years ago, but not next week or month (that is if we're all still here). Also many people have believed in Santa Claus (many still do, except those who don't have enough wealth to believe) and even though he doesn't exist (no matter what affluent secular society tells you). The worst thing that can come from this (except for the distraction from Jesus) is that you have been lied to. However the consequences of a misguided; or less than 100% certainty, disbelief in God (although based on emotions or logic) are far greater. At the end of the day somebody has to be right. I know who I have believed and I am persuaded that he is able. Also belief in either case doesn't prove anything. But to be fair even if you happen to be a 'Non Christian' who does believe in God, you're not really any better off, without Christ. Given that Science is a specialist area. It would be impossible for any one person to understand everything about everything due to it's complex nature (And people say the Bible is hard to understand). So where do baby snails come from? (apart from obviously via reproduction). And like a Snail it would be best that we don't rush into anything without first considering the consequences. Also where would we be without something as simple as water. Actually we wouldn't as water is the lifeblood of the planet. That's just 2 molecules of Hydrogen and a molecule of Oxygen. And Oxygen itself the 'Food of Life'. Apparently whilst everything else has been constantly changing and adapting these have stayed much the same. Also some Atheists 'Cherry pick' specific examples from the environment and then broaden them out in order to validate their argument for evolution. It's more or less the same as saying Kittens play and Children play therefore it must be as a result of nature. Or animals jump ontop of each other and they aren't married, so we should be allowed to do the same thing as well.

In an attempt to avoid religious convolution, simply ask yourself... Could the perception of mental deception be the mission of religion? A man.
